Chopped Broccoli Salad

My daughter recently attended her 10th high school reunion, and many of her friends who now live out of town came back in for the celebration.  I thought it would be fun to get not only the friends together, but also the moms for a pre-reunion luncheon!  Even though Facebook has made it possible to keep up with everyone, I still miss the days of being able to see all her friends and their moms on a regular basis.  Everyone brought something to eat, and we had a wonderful time catching up!  My friend, Kathy, brought this Chopped Broccoli Salad.

Now, I know everyone has seen a recipe for broccoli salad, but I’m going to tell you….This one is OUTSTANDING!  Actually, it’s ADDICTING!  Not sure what it is about it that has folks going back for seconds & thirds, but you definitely need to give this a try.  It would also be a great addition to some backyard BBQing this 4th of July weekend!  Just take my word and make lots!  You’ll be very glad you did!
